Rates are per room/villa based on the following occupancy. Any booking for less people than
stated below will have to pay the full room/villa rate.

1 BR Beachfront Villa – 2 adults

Any extra pax / child on top of the room rates as in “extra” and “CLD” column.
The Deluxe rooms are located within two or five-bedroom villas and correspond to bedrooms
sold individually. They are offered subject to availability, usually 45-30 days prior to arrival.
